- Topics covered include regulations that address: Products to Market – Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Environmental Releases – Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Air Emissions – Clean Air Act (CAA), Solid Waste Management – Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Multimedia Release Reporting – Toxic Release Inventory (TRI), Drinking Water – Clean Water Act (CWA), Water Discharges – National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
